I wandered into The Big Smoke yesterday while dream hopping and, while the dream was empty, I was totally blown away by the patching, dreamweaving and concept of the dream. (London holds a dear place in my heart; I was captivated by the city when I first visited a few summers ago, and the history is incredibly interesting.) I'm going to post a character application (or two) shortly, but I was just wondering if this dream is still being actively uploaded?
I'd love to see this dream thrive!

Yep, we're still active, and I'm still uploading the dream, although I haven't been around much the past little while, due to work and life and all that jazz. Soon, once the dream is a bit more polished, I will share it with any trustworthy members who'd like to help keep it uploaded.
I look forward to reading your character application(s)!

Yes, that's me, and this is the same project! I think I found your article by googling my name once - I was astounded! It's not really an MMO in itself, although someday I would like to make a steampunk MMORPG.
I love your website(s), by the way! Even though I don't speak Polish, I still browse them occasionally and translate the articles that look interesting...

Thanks! You should download Furcadia sometime and send me a message - I'd be delighted to give you a tour!
I never actually finished the Great Exhibition before moving on to London, unfortunately... I'd almost finished the airship, but then I lost a lot of my work in a hard drive crash. But it's still there, waiting to be finished...
P.S. - Now that I think about it, there was a steampunkish MMORPG before 2003 - ibGames' (now defunct) Age of Adventure - I was a Game Architect on Age for a brief period. It was a fun game, too bad it didn't pan out.

I've never heard of it, so thanks for the information. The games' website is down, but here is an archived copy

I'd love to see people here and roleplay with someone. It seems though that the dream is uploaded, but hardly no one is in; but someone must care enough to upload it, and I think that's a good sign.

Unfortunately I've been caught up in real life events lately, so I haven't been online much at all the past few weeks, but I try to keep the dream uploaded.

I've just started playing Furcadia again and I've spent a fair bit of time idling in this dream simply because I like the decor and the setting fits my character (or at least, the basics of him - I'm now enjoying adjusting him to a more defined continuity than the one in my head). I appreciate the effort to keep it uploaded.

I see this dream keep reappearing, but it's always a ghost town. It's absolutely lovely, and I'd like to see it active again, in some form or another.
Are there any plans for its future?

I just saw this dream uploaded in AI again - I've never gotten the chance to RP here but I'd love to. Like the person above me said (last year, albeit), any plans?
